Can 500ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Krinitsa (Криница) Zhigulevskoe Osoboe (Жигулевское Особое) ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, straw, old malt, mesk, green apple, apples. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, apple, green apple, sweet malt. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. IMO quit bad and almost undrinkable ! [20180706] 2-3-2-2-2

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy reddish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and lozenges, with estery notes and some bitterish touches of hops and nuts. Sweetish, malty and lozengelike aftertaste. Tastes like a weak Barley Wine. Not unenjoyable, though.

Bottle, 5.5%. Mild bready aroma, nice and fruity. Clear amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is caramelly and nicely sweet. Light caramel, bonbon type.

Bottle. Golden and clear color, white foam. Aroma: fruity, slightly mango and pineapple, sweetish. Taste: a bit sweet, mango, pineapple, light hop bitterness, watery, drinkable.

Bottle 500 ml. Pleasant reddish-amber color (or polished bronze) with good yellowish foam. Aroma: fresh hop, tropical fruits (mango and passion fruit), citrus, grapefruit, slightly pine needles, caramel. Taste: caramel, citrus, passion fruit, resinous-earthy bitterness, good for mass market beer.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear dark ruby with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with fruity notes and touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with sourish and grainy touches and roasty notes. Roasty and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Okay but a little infected, Insuppose.

Bottle, 8.0%. Sweet and unclean sugar brown aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour has a sweet bready note. It is vinous with some alcohol in the finish. Almost port character, but perhaps also papery.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, caramel, light tropical fruit and grass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.
