Bottle. Pours nearly clear dark ruby with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with fruity notes and touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with sourish and grainy touches and roasty notes. Roasty and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Okay but a little infected, Insuppose.

Bottle, 8.0%. Sweet and unclean sugar brown aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour has a sweet bready note. It is vinous with some alcohol in the finish. Almost port character, but perhaps also papery.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, caramel, light tropical fruit and grass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Mild aroma of malt and yeast, with mild notes of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery notes and touches of malt. Estery aftertaste with malty and mild bitterish hints. Well, not much int he way of an APA but a drinkable beer.
