ABV: 6.0%. Hazy - murky matt medium to light yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy peach, sweet peach, sweet peach - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, peach, vanilla, sweet peach, milk sugar, yogurt, light tart peach. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20201221]

Look: yellow to orange. Opaque. Small short-lived white head. Aroma: dark chocolate, orange juice, grapefruit, vanilla cookies, distant sourness. Taste: rather dry and pretty odd. Lots of bitter chocolate, grapefruit juice, cookies, light plus ascorbic sourness. Chocolate ending. Faint chili burn in aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: different and special. Might be too much trailblazing. Of course, far from we know a Berliner Weisse is.
