Description
An independent brewery founded in 1996 and employee owned since 2024, we like to think that we blend creativity and innovation with heritage and tradition, reflecting these values across our beers. Our house style could typically be described as pale and hoppy, but that’s not all we can do! As the beer world has evolved so have we, covering a wide range of styles and continually pushing the boundaries of what we can create.

'Smoove & Turrell' were playing on stage whilst I was drinking this one. Hazy golden coloured keg pour, and crisp enough for it. Hints of fruits and sugars provide enough flavour, but it's more just drinkable over taste.

Draught at Pikkulintu Puotila, Helsinki.
The bee poured almost black in color.
Has a hint of licorice, nice long roasted malts, has some piney hops. Not as bitter as the IBU promises, but has a little bite. Chocolaty notes in finish.

The subsequent customer asked for a "lager please, anything on draught". My specific choice is a classic mild in taste, which is dark malty near roasted but also sweetish in both aroma and taste. A clear dark-amber brew that's maybe a tad grittier than the standard.
