Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed golden yellow appearance, small white head. Kind of expected it to taste of Hubba Bubba, but it doesnt. Crisp moderately hoppy pale with citrussy leanings, good bitter edge. Decent, simplistic pale.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Misty golden orange appearance, little in the way of a head. Fruity tropical punch aroma. Nice papaya shades to taste, quite balanced and not hugely fruity but just enough to make it pintworthy.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours dark, tan head. Milk chocolate aroma, dark malts. Continues to taste, good chocolatey notes with smooth dark malt, soft roast, with an appealing sweet undercurrent. Decent.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours black, tan head. Big whisky hit in aroma and taste, some roast, perhaps a hint of dried dark fruit, but it's all about the whisky here.

Cask at Tap & Can, Shrewsbury. Pours almost black with a small cream head and good lacing. The aroma is chocolate to the exclusion of everything else. In the mouth it has a creamy texture with chocolate again to the fore, this time joined by roast malts and hints of fudge and liquorice. Some spices come in later leading to a slightly bitter and fruity finish. This is quite nice – though more chocolate than stout.
