Cask at The Hanging Bat. Murky amber/brown body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of brown sugar, wholemeal bread and pot puri. Flavour of lemon sweets, marmalade and honey. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily mouthfeel. Very faint carbonation prickle. Much thinner than I was expecting but the flavour is good.

On tap at Andrew Ushers , Edinburgh, Sunday 20th March 2016 in the company of Dad, Barry, Craig, Stella, Jan and Charlotte. Pours black with a slim rim of, milky cappuccino and chocolate, a little bit thin, it’s a very pleasant beer but I wouldn’t rave about it. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
