Can from Beerdome. Citrussy hop aroma with grassy notes, orange, light mango and fruit peel. Moderate to medium bitter, fairly low on sweetness. Pretty citrus-forward. Refreshing, fruity, grassy.

473mL can, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out lots of woody oak, molasses, and maple. Flavour has notes of maple, boiled vegetable notes (green pepper), and medium roast. Too much boiled vegetable character. Not disastrous but clearly suboptimal.

473mL can. Pours black with small beige head. Tons of bourbon barrel and maple syrup on the nose. Flavour has bourbon barrels, maple syrup, chewy malts. Definitely on the sweet side, but not bad.

5oz pour at Stillwell. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Tons of pine and citrus on the nose. Flavour has citrus and mango dominating, malts are definitely erring on the cloying side of things. Probably could use more hops to dial in the sweetness. Needs work.

Fine Balance x Volo Bene Dry-hoped Italian Pilsner 5.4% Lovely matte gold with white foam and a floral/herbal hop bouquet. Light bodied and crisp with a bitter herbal finish. Good stuff.

16oz (thx, Josh!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: dark copper with a tan head. Aroma: malty, a bit fruity, acidic. Taste: very harsh, malty, booze, some roasted malt. Overall: regretted that I got too big of this, it's horrible.
