Tap at Ale Arsenal. Pours slight hazed light straw with small white head. Aroma is fruity, tropical. Flavor is mix of fruit and malt. Moderate white cracker. Medium mouthfeel lacking a bit of the roundedness that I am used to from this brewery.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is hop forward with lots of nelson notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, guava and tropical citrus with light dank, oily resin notes. Medium light cracker malt notes with hints of rye. Light alcohol notes. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden-orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes and hints of rye. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of gooseberry, tropical citrus and lighter notes of guava, berry and dank, oily resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a super solid rye IPA with great nelson sauvin notes. Super tasty and easy drinking despite the abv.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is beautifully malt forward with great notes of u toasted and toasted bread, crackers and grain. Somewhat floral and fruity ester notes with light spicy, herbal hop notes. Light alcohol notes. Pours a very clear, brilliant gold with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderately strong malt notes of white bread, toasted bread and cracker. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light floral and fruity esters. Light herbal, spicy hop notes that linger a bit in the finish with some malt notes. Somewhat crisp and dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid maibock. Really nice malt profile, especially in the aroma. Fruity, floral fermentation profile adding some nice complexity. Hop notes are light, but present and complimentary.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is fairly hop forward with nice gooseberry, guava, tropical citrus and lighter passion fruit notes. Light bready grain notes with hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Medium light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with light bready grain notes. Moderately strong bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of gooseberry, guava and tropical citrus with hints of passion fruit. A crisp, dry, watery finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid light lager with nice hop notes, especially in the aroma. Pleasantly surprised by a bit more malt flavor and sweetness than I was expecting from the aroma and appearance. The watery finish, while crisp was a bit lacking.

Pours a clear, brilliant, yellow gold with a small, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate grain notes and light notes cracker and bread. Medium bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate notes of tropical citrus and berry with lighter passion fruit notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPL. Solid hop notes and bitterness with balanced cracker and breast malt notes. A light sweetness compliments the hop and malt profile.
