Poured from a 16 oz can dated August 15, 2022. Aroma is grain forward with light bready notes. Hints of herbal, spicy hop notes and faint alcohol notes. Pours a clear, pale, yellow gold with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light grain notes and hints of bread. Low bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Light herbal, spicy hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid helles. Nice malt notes with complimentary hints of hops. Low bitterness and low alcohol notes. A nice crisp finish.

Draft. Golden-amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit and light berry aroma. Herbal/woodsy flavor with light summer fruit and light cedar like spice. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Spice and Woodson was linger with summer fruit and light berry.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated August 09, 2022. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of gooseberry, passion fruit, rambutan, pineapple, and tropical citrus with hints of stone fruit. Light dank, oily resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Pours a super hazy, dull, golden straw color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, pineapple and lighter notes of tropical citrus and dank, oily resin. A light green hop note that is a bit more present in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a fairly solid hazy DIPA. Really nice hop aroma with some of my favorite hop notes. Flavor has a bit of a green bite in the finish but is otherwise nice. Alcohol and bitterness are well balanced.

Lighter passion fruit and hints of stone fruit with dank, oily resin notes. Hints of grain and alcohol notes. Pours a clear, pale, yellow gold with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light grain notes. Medium bitterness and hints of alcohol. Lots of orange, grapefruit, calamansi lime and tropical citrus notes with hints of passion fruit and stone fruit. Light dank, oily hop notes that linger into the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid pale ale. Great hop notes both in the aroma and flavor. Fairly light, crisp malt notes with light bitterness and alcohol notes.

Can from Ale Arsenal to glass. Ping rant dank aroma with overt orange. Faint spiciness from the malt and rye. Turbid old gold with yellow highlights. Ivory head - small - of small bubbles around the rim. Flavor is orange peel, dank. Overt resiny slickness. Chewy mouthfeel. Faint melon. Moderate bitterness. Tongue scraper.

Tap at Ale Arsenal. Big pineapple aroma. Hazed straw with minimal white head that retains as a collar of small bubbles. Flavor is pineapple. Slightly thin mouthfeel. Orange flavor as it warms.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 24, 2022. Aroma is malt forward with lots of toasted bread and nuts and lighter notes of chocolate and roast. Dark caramel and toffee are also present. Hints of herbal, spicy hops and alcohol. Pours a rather dark brown, but not quite black with a large, thick, creamy, light tan head that recedes slowly to a small creamy film that lingers. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a full malt profile. Lots of toasted bread, chocolate and roast notes with lighter dark caramel, toffee and nuts. Moderate bitterness and hints of alcohol. Hints of spicy, herbal hops. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid dark lager. Great malt character with some nice body but a decidedly dry and crisp finish. Hints of hop character and a nice balanced bitterness.
