Bottle. A big, off-white head forms over an unclear, orange-golden body. The aroma is rather herbal, almost milky-sour, with sugar and generic fruityness. Very fruity flavor, with the same herbal notes found in the aroma. Sugar and some spiced notes too. Dry, medium to full body, with quite pleasant carbonation. Bitter, fruity and dry finish. Quite interesting and different. Think I like it. Except that it’s a tad too alcoholic all the way. Not particularly warming though. 130430

2011 Vintage. 33 cl. bottle split courtesy of Kaddel. Pale clear golden beer with a quickly fading white head. Rotting lemony nose, old hay, stale water, rotting sugary, bad yeast,… Moldy sugar, old herbs, Chinese spices, bad medication, artificial rotting additives, plastic,… Fizzy, watery body – I hope that this is better fresh and that age had really done a number on this one.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Fruity aroma has a pineapple note. Taste is initially fruity, pineapple again, later additionally minimally spicy and peppery yeasty; cautious hints of warming alcohol in the finish.
