330ml bottle from some travelling French folk at Newtown Food Festival. Pours hazy orange with thin foamy white head. Sweet aroma of vanilla and marzipan. Taste is similarly sweet with additional slick caramel and light spice. Quite nice by the glass, but perhaps too sweet for another.

330ml bottle @ Hellfest 2011. Quite a nice light Belgian yeast flavour to this, surprising to see this made by a French brewery. A great wit influence with a brilliant sweetness on the palette. Perfect festival drinking.
