From tap at Mixát, Budapest, on a warm summer’s day 02.06.25. Clear pale yellow with a hue of green. Some white head. Refreshing and clean aroma and taste of fresh cider apples, apple peel and perry. Crisp and dry mouthfeel. Quffable beyond control!

Sample courtesy of the Danish boys, via Grumbo - cheers all! Pale golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy, pulpy, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, green apple, fruity, pulpy, fleshy, some mucky funk hints and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear very pale gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of apple, citrus, sulphur. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, spritzy carbonation. Sweet dry finish.

Draught at Keg Sörmüvház, Budapest. Clear, very dark red colored. AROMA- fermented, apple, touch of black currant. FLAVOR- sweet, slightly sour, apple cider with blackcurrant syrup. Medium bodied. Artificial black currant? Oh, pity.
