Panda thanks to Ed. A mostly clear deep crimson red coloured pour with a small off white bubbles on the edge. Aroma is semi sweet, cherry, red currant, cinnamon spices. Flavour isc omposed of semi sweet, tart red currants, schloer, spicy red grape, spicy woody spices, cinamon, nutmeg. Palate is semi sweet, tart, woody tannin, fine carbonation . Decent. spices aren't too heavy handed.

3L pouch from Cider House, Edinburgh. Red colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, spice. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, spices, cardamon, ginger, with some citrusy tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying spiced citric finish. Quite OK.

Draught at Cider House, Edinburgh. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, citric, hop. Taste is apple, fruty, with citrus hop, and some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying hoppy citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable
