330ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Hazy orange gold colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish and crisp, tangy, apple, fruity, with some skin & core, and drying citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. Hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, ripe juicy, funky. Taste is tangy, apple, some core & tartness, fruity, juicy, bittersweet, with orchardy funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

330ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. 2021 Vintage. Slightly hazy golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple with mucky funk hints. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, bittersharp, fruity, with strawberry hints, and some drying acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
