750ml wired work bottle from Gurneys. Opened with a loud pop. Clear golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, some skin and core, slight caramel note and bready, yeasty, with white wine-like acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Gurneys. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, musty. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, with some orchardy funk and drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
