Undated can drunk 6/12/22. Muddy strawberry-cacao. Large, well-retained, thick cinnamon-peach head. Peachy-lactic tartness mixing with cacao and soft vanilla. Earthy, roasty, chocolatey but also...lactic. Which is weird. Low malt character, maybe some light bread and toast. No alcohol or big lactose. In the mouth it starts out exactly as a chocolate milk shake is wont to do, but then it gets sour. So, can't say I really want my chocolate milk shakes to be sour. Seems at odds with itself. This would have been much better, I think, without the kettle souring. Still fine and the vanilla and cacao and are well-done and not overdone.

Draft at City Tap. My new boss wanted happy hour place and asked me and since 3 new brewery ticks available I suggested an obvious choice. Lighter colored hazy yellow. Nose is melon and pineapple. Tatses of honey dew, apricot, pineapple, grassy, floral. Smooth palate. Tickles the throat.

Can drunk 5/14/22. Moderately hazy, brass-blonde-golden. Medium-sized, white head showing moderate retention. Soft, juicy, citrus and heavily fruity esters. Light bubble gum, lemon, meyer lemon and soft tangerine. Malts add light heft without too much sweetness. White dough, biscuit and light honey. No alcohol or flaw. Soft, malty, well-attenuated with tangerine, pineapple, honey, biscuit, white bread and heavy fruit ester. Soft and clean with no resin or booze. Pretty unexciting, standard Citra DIPA, but it's done well.
