City Tap draught, 5/12/22. Pale, lemon-gold. Small, white head showing low retention. Heavily hazy. Huge, dank, marijuana notes. Clean, sparse, biscuit malt, no weird yeast. Lemon and oregano with a dab of honey and biscuit. Soft, malty, incredibly spicy in the best way possible. Well-attenuated. More spice than juice but still sumptuous. Nice to see a flagship IPA that's not an OJ bomb. Very cool, very good. Will have to check out more CMB. Based on the prior ratings, looks like things have improved.

Undated can drunk 4/9/22. Turbid apricot-peach-orange color with a yellowish head atop showing moderate-to-low retention. Fruity in the nose with restrained acidity and biscuit and dough-like malts. No flaw or alcohol. While the Propeller and Siren series aren't exactly the most exciting or compelling beers, in my opinion, unlike many of the kettle sours out there, they are extremely dry, like almost to a fault. Lactose is low, as well, and the tartness is mild, leaving the fruit, which is highly attenuated, to do most of the work. The flavors are authentic and enjoyable and the body is thick, soft and creamy-to-gritty.
