10 ounce at the brewery - brett double IPA? Sure. - lightly hazy gold - the palate takes some adjustment on this one, but once that happens, it's pretty enjoyable - on the drier side for an IIPA, which makes the brett work fairly well - high, but not abrasive bitterness - pineapple brett notes compliment the citric and tropical notes of the hops - there are background notes of brett funk and a light oakiness that adds interesting depth - nice twist on the style.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy gold - nose is bright, peppery, with touches of lemon tartness, softly rustic wheat - frothy mouthfeel - dry, peppery, with round, soft wheat and pils malt character that is rich, but lean - tail end is herbal, minty, with moderate bitterness - quite enjoyable.

Bottle shared by Logan. Pours black, with no head. Strong vanilla, milk chocolate, brandy, toffee, syrup, and a bit of rye. Very syrupy sweet, with no balance. Heavy, boozy, and thick. This is a fun, wonderfully aromatic stout, but a little too boozy and cloying.
