Could have sworn I had this but I guess I never checked it in or it's in the cellar somewhere, almond and marzipan doing well in this still, delish. Sweet but nicely balanced with the barrel.

pint can. Pours a clear yellow color with small white head that soon dissipates. Aroma is limes and some mild grains. The taste is The taste is likewise dominated by the limes. There is also a light grassy character, perhaps some nutmeg and mixed mild grains. The palates is light and crisp. Overall: Decent summer thirst quencher.

Can at home in the garden, from Denver, 28th June 24. Pours a gold clear ale. Aroma is citrus, lots of resin, dank, grapefruit. Taste is pine, resin, bitter, citrus, pithy, spiked dankness, dry. Decent Westie

8 ounce at the brewery - opaque pour - tiny ring of tan lace - nose of treacle, tamarind, umami, strong bourbon oak - flavor has chocolate, coffee, vanilla, dark fruit, light smoke - finish is sweet chocolate-covered coffee beans - warming but not too boozy - oak through the middle is on the strong side, but the beer holds up to it - finish has some black currant and red wine character as it warms - tasty.

10 ounce at the brewery - not sure why this iteration is so much higher in ABV than the others - lightly hazy gold - lively carbonation - nose and flavor have moderate brett funk and tropical notes - fairly dry, moderately bitter - light hay/barnyard and minerality - finish is lightly buggy, moderately bitter - refreshing, with a nice old school brett profile.
