16 oz. can. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate, hazelnut, cinnamon, toffee, and sherry. Sweet and sugary, with a light, nutty bitterness. Heavy, syrupy, and thick. Nicely complex and well made.

Can, at the March 2025 DCBeer share. Poured a totally clear, koolaid aqua blue-green color, no head. Aroma was big blueberry. Flavor was blueberry juice, tastes artificial, but that's exactly what I expected. Very gimmicky. I'd drink this again.

Can, thanks for the sharing. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a nice bourbon and dark grains with bourbon and roast supporting. Flavor has a nice bourbon with growing dark grains, roasted malts and a hint of chocolate.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a clear earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has herbal tart fruits with a bit of straw and some light hay coming through. Flavor has tart fruits and light funk with a bit of hay and some sweet grains underlying.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Cola brown with light sparkle, ephemeral cap of head, light lacing. Aroma is marshmallow, lactose, caramel, peanut, hint of coffee. Taste is sugary-sweet blast followed by marshmallow, lactose, mild peanut. Smooth, thick, frothy texture, average carb, and sweet finish as taste. Coffee is mild or absent. Too sweet. I'm not a Reinheitsgebot purist by any means but your adjuncts needed to include "Natural and Artificial Flavors." Oh, really? What were they? And, a brown/black stout probably can do without the whitening that Titanium Oxide provides. C'mon guys, you can brew better than this.

Can from Beerdome. Very sweet with an aroma of vanilla, sugar, dark malt, milk chocolate, coconut, molasses, fudge, toffee. Flavour is massively sweet and sugary with a mild bitterness. Full body, bit sticky. Too sweet for my taste, but nice to sip on regardless. Coconut, chocolate, dig the aroma.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Lots of caramel in the aroma with dark malt, coffee, milk chocolate. Flavour is above medium sweet. Body is medium. Heavier on the caramel than on the coffee, which I did not expect. Would have benefited from a heavier body.

12 oz. can. Pours dark brown, nearly black, with a fair, foamy, tan head. The nose is strong nutmeg, root beer, anise, brown sugar, and alpine liqueur. Sweet and sugary, and mildly bitter. Quite a lot of savory spice. Heavy, syrupy, and sharp. Fun and interesting.
