Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

440ml can. Poured a hazy golden yellow colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, malt, juicy citrus, light herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not really the papaya bomb I was expecting, but tasty all the same.

Borefts XI. Day 2. Keg. Hazy yellow gold beer, small white head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts into which the vanilla is well integrated. Pleasant orangey citrus with mellow tropical fruits. Light finish. Gels well, very drinkable.

Can from The Beer Cave. Hazy golden body with a few tiny flecks beneath a white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of coconut and mango. Flavour of lemon, ginger and grass. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Light fizz. Juicy and well balanced.

440ml can from The Coracle. Pours a hazed opaque golden yellow, thin white head that fully recedes. Aroma of juicy fresh tropical hop. Taste presents a great fruity profile, stellar hop definition, fairly juicy with a good tropical character and comforting bitterness. Really good IPA

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a deeply opaque dull gold, small white head. Mild stonefruit and floral elements on the nose. Taste is smooth with muddled fruit flavours, yeasty with a certain sharpness. First Odyssey that's not completely bowled me over unfortunately.
