Growler filled and drunk 6/9/17.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright golden-maize body is topped by a medium-sized, well-retained, white head.
Soft, juicy nose is filled with tangerine, honey, mango and pineapple. The intensely "sweet" tangerine and overripe pineapple of the El Dorado is balanced by the more "dry", acidic, pine-tinged Mosaic. Light wood, spice and deep, dank greenery persists, especially as it warms and breathes. No resin, alcohol, yeast or any problems here. Exceptionally clean and with just bare cracker and biscuit malts. None of the caramel that is sometimes used to attempt to balance the bigger IPAs.
Incredibly soft and juicy in the mouth with extremely tight carbonation and a malty, yet well-attenuated texture. Key lime, meyer lemon and tangerine play wonderfully-well with mango and pineapple with emerging bitterness on the finish though only a trace of light pine that fails to build up on the palate, thankfully. Cracker and biscuit malts are bare and provide minimal influence on the beer; the way it should be in this style. Great mix of soft, fuzzy citrus, spicy, dank notes and "sweet" tropical fruits. No alcohol or flaw.

(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, July 8/17) Pours hazy medium gold with a white head and some lace. Notes of grapefruit peels, light orange juice, herbal hops, leafy and spicy and lightly dank, slightly tart lemon makes itself felt along with somewhat sweet malts, all set off by some bitter citrus peel and spicy notes in the back contributing moderate bitterness. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Solid IPA, pretty drinkable stuff.

(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, July 7/17) Pours a fairly pale gold, moderately hazed, with a white head that leaves lace. Notes are dominated by a very high, bright juicy citrus character reminiscent of lemon oil, backed by melon, unripe pineapple, grass, herbs, dank pine, a fairly dry malt body for style, hanging in the background, with moderate bitterness that again lifts lemon notes above the mix of orange and grapefruit-type tones beneath. Medium-full body, soft carbonation, no alcohol. A little different, this one, but I found it to be in a good way. Sets itself apart from the weed and juice brigade. Tasty.

(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, July 7/17) Cloudy dark gold pour with a big white head. Notes of semi-sweet mixed citrus fruits, fairly light mango, pine needles, lightly earthy, some sweetness to the malt core supports things and balances a moderately bitter finish. Medium bodied for style, fairly average and slightly creamy carbonation. Pretty solid modern single IPA, not the most hyper-concentrated or unique but quite drinkable.

(473ml can from Himmeriget, CPH, canned June 13/17) ~1mo @ drinking. Pours a nearly opaque peach colour with a fairly sizeable white head that leaves great plaques of lace. Aroma is extremely sweet fruit juice, reminiscent of ’tropical fruit’ orange juice layered with candied orange peels, with the expected notes of mango and passion fruit augmented by peach, weed, some caramel notes and a bare hint of toast. Flavour is drier than the nose, with citrus peel/bitter orange/cocktail bitters hitting strongly, lighter notes of tropical fruit juice, some pine and resin, some malt, a touch of alcohol heat. Moderate bitterness though on the higher side for a modern NE DIPA. Medium bodied, a bit fluffy, above average carbonation. Solid stuff even if it flatters to deceive a little with the ultra juicy nose.

Cloudy yellow color with a thick fine white head. Fine lacing. Solid hoppy aroma with a fine intensity. Medium (+) body and a smooth carbonation level. Tad sweet and a semi dry ending. Powerful fruity (mango), mild pine and citric hoppy flavor. Nice hop juice, just a bit to sweet.
