Description
When we started this company, our goal was to keep it as straightforward as possible: to craft flavors and experiences that the people of Maine hadn’t had before, and serve them as fresh as possible. Over the years, as the business has grown, we are now able to share our beers with people in other areas – regionally, nationally, and internationally – but Maine always comes first. We strive to take care of those things closest to us, and let that radiate outward: our staff, our processes for making beer, our tap rooms and loyal customers, and the surrounding communities that support us. Everything we do is in support of these things, we are nothing without them.

Canned 9/17/25, drunk 10/18/25, at The Abbey, Brookline, MA.
Clear, bright, rusty-golden. Small-to-medium, white head of moderate retention.
Earthy, moderately herbal hops with round, rich, clean malts adding slight berry-tinged caramel and rich honey. Clean and crisp on the end with a bit of minerality.
Rich and malty with a soft texture and moderate hop bitterness. Good herbal character, slight mineral, drying out nicely on the finish without any excessive toast/sourdough. Very flavorful, balanced and drinkable.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a large foamy white head that slowly laced down. Aroma is tropical but heavy toward Grapefruit. Med body or so. Juicy but hardly sweet. Bitter enough for balance. The flavor is mostly grapefruit, but there's some pine. Very good flavor.

Canned 10/1/25, drunk 10/16/25.
Large, well-retained, white head. Heavily hazy, rosy-peach-golden body.
Fruity and woody nose with not that much of the Vic Secret coming through (but a bit of light tropical fruit and chalky/earthy mineral). Good and clean aromatic strength with crackery malts gently balancing. No onion/resin/alcohol noted.
Softly juicy and quite woody, though not resinous. Lighter bodied than expected and, perhaps, than is ideal. Seems a bit loose and watery and the scant, crackery malt doesn't do much to help. It's good for drinking it quickly/easily, I suppose, though at 6.6% abv, this is a bit of a moot point. Good bitterness/balance and attenuation, but just a bit too thin and watery to take that seriously. Substance is a weird one, and this is no different.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy/translucent gold with a huge foamy white head that persisted. Aroma has a lot of citrus - orange being discernible. Med body. Flavor is somewhat orange citrus with earth and notes of pine/resin. Not entirely dry, but more than bitter enough to balance or obscure the malt. Good flavor.

Draft pours opaque yellow with thin white head that quickly reduces to lace. Very slight aroma of orange/citrus, creamy mouthfeel with tart citrus flavor yielding to mild, non lingering, bitterness on finish. Enjoyable and easy to drink; it belies its 7.8 ABV. Very nice!
