When we started this company, our goal was to keep it as straightforward as possible: to craft flavors and experiences that the people of Maine hadn’t had before, and serve them as fresh as possible. Over the years, as the business has grown, we are now able to share our beers with people in other areas – regionally, nationally, and internationally – but Maine always comes first. We strive to take care of those things closest to us, and let that radiate outward: our staff, our processes for making beer, our tap rooms and loyal customers, and the surrounding communities that support us. Everything we do is in support of these things, we are nothing without them.

Aroma: peachy to pineapple-y to citrusy/orangey pulpy sweet toned hoppy character with some clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to mildly bittersweet sort of blend; finishes somewhat citrusy/orangey toned with subtle peachiness
Texture: medium bodied; slightly sessionable; some smoothness with a mild creamy undertone to the feel; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: very nicely done NEDIPA very worthy of returning to.

Surprised I haven’t scooped this before. Was huge back on the day. And I think it holds up well by modern standards.luscious fruit purée, lots of citrus, soft piney bitterness, substantial pale malt sugars. Rich but balanced, no chalk, not cloying. Excellent offering.

Still working getting these festivals ticks updated. From Ft Adams brewfest. Clean gold. Tastes grassy grainy and soft fruits. Fairly crisp and well rounded. Surprised I hadn’t had this prior.

16oz can, clear burnt gold, finger and a half of frothy white head. Nose has malt, honey, C hops, dried citrus, soap. Crackery, piney in the mouth, plenty of dried citrus peel and dried herbs, some honey. Quite soapy too. Old school. Dry. bitter. Very drinkable.

2026 draught at the brewery, 7/29/26.
Miiiiinty...oh boy. That smells like an Andes. Nice but a bit too dominated by the mint. Would rather smell beer and whiskey than a nose full of adjunct. No alcohol, some chocolatey, fudgey malt on the very end.
Pretty shockingly different in the the mouth....yeah the mint is strong out of the gates but either the palate accustoms or the rest of the beer catches up because this thing was wonderful after about five minutes. Soft, dry, yet with enough fudge and chocolate character to satisfy. Reminds me more of something Hill Farmstead would do. So no syrupy textures or thick, sweet malt but pretty elegant and drinkable. Incredibly easy to drink.
