[ As Slim Pickens Make Momma Proud ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, tart apple. Apple, tart, light vinous (white), dry taste. Light mouthfeel, fizzy, tart finish. Tart, apple skin aftertaste. Some warming alcohol.Marked 6.0% ABV.

Bottled@PBF XI. Pale yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is fruity, some mild apple skins as well as some vinegar notes. Flavour is green apple skins and some nice tartness to it.

On draft at 7venth Sun. Why not try a Swedish cider when in Florida. There has been a lot of good beer, why not take a break? Pours a clear peary gold with almost no head. Sweet apple and kiwi like aroma. I get kiwi flavor too. Mango. Passionfruit I suppose, but not too familiar with the specific flavor. A bit on the watery side for me. Fruit infused of course. Semi dry finish. I liked it.
