Beaverfest. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts. Earthy coffee. Light dry finish. I don't mind coffee in beer at all but I don't want a coffee substitute either. Getting weary of this substyle.

Beaverfest. Keg. Almost clear pale gold beer, small white head. Thin and dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Slightly skunky piney hops. Little lime peel. Light crisp finish. Nice enough, bit dry.

Beaverfest. Keg. Almost clear dark brown beer, small tan head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, touches of dark chocolate and vanilla. Good fruity bourbon. Some mild caramel. Light finish. Nice taste but thin and dry.

Keg at the beaver. A jet black coloured pour with a a loose mid tan head. Aroma is sweet woody choc, mahonay, berry, hazelnut. Palate is semi sweet. Flavour is airy choc, praline, hazelnut, tangy. Palslte is semi sweet, apple, moderate and carbonation. Ok. Faint coffee. Not bad.

Can, thanks to Thomas. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of bready malt with a fruity touch. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour. Very authentic, very tasty.
