This is a saision but surprisingly sour. lots of yeast, dry and earthy, floral and herbal. Good.

How stouts used to taste. Dry roasted, notes of coffee, chocolate and roasted grain.

Aromas are somewhat bland resin and a little citrus. Flavors are kind of similar to nose and better. Citrus comes through much more, with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Good body and finish follows flavors. Not bad.

Colors in this image a little off - bottom of the label is actually a grayish green. Aromas are resin, cut grass and a bit of brown sugar. Flavors are similar to nose, just slightly more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Body is a little chewy. Not bad.

Sampled from the tap at Malcolm Yards. Pours a clear light purple with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour and tart blueberries with a bit of yogurt and light sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dry and tart blueberry with a bit of yogurt and cookie underlying.

Aromas are pale malt, toffee and a hint of coffee. Flavors are similar to nose, fairly basic and bittersweet. I don't pick up anything like coffeecake at all. Maybe a hint of milk sugar in the finish.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus with a bit of grass and some dank melon underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus and grass with a hint of melon underlying.
