Rock-It Bar, Whole Foods, Laguna Niguel. Part of a four beer flight (5 oz pours) on 10th July 2023. Clear golden body, white crown. Citrusy front to the fruity aroma and taste, a more bitter, piney element arrives mid-sip. Decent!

Tap at Harry's Hofbrau. Pours light gold with small white head. Slight tropical fruit. flavor shows an earthiness and grit on the back half of the palate.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium white head and good lacing. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, hints of pine resin and mango. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.

I do not know anything about this brewery but I’ve gotta say the labels all seem to look awesome: Paperback Under Pressure Pale Ale 5.5% DDH APA Matte park gold with thick rocky off-white foam and a big aromatic hop bouquet. Bitter green herbal bitter flavor. A touch too bitter and piney for me before the sweet malts come in the balance it out. Alright but I find it a touch disjointed, awesome artwork though.
