Great stuff. Absolute hop profile. That amarillo is a straight up punch in the face. Love. I guess this is a whole series of single hops, so gotta check out some mo'. Not quite a Zoom beer cuz I wanted to focus more on the hops than the convo near the end

This is insanely great for a lager. The lime battles with the chilis, which aren’t hot in any way but the oil and flavor profile remains and WINS.

Fantastic. Not familiar with Sauterne wine but the barrel adds a thousand brilliant over-notes. Blind taste, I’d say it were brandy or sweet bourbon. Anyway, lovely stuff. Perk: no one in this taproom this early!

Sure, one more for the day. I thought it said Pockets, hence the photo. Great showcase of hops: juicy with a definite pine bone, like a tropical rainforest in British Columbia. PS. Fresh AF $3 tallboy ftw.
