Keg at the brewery, 9/2/16. Clear golden, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of toasted malt, mild buttery notes and apple skins. The taste is toasted malt, apple skins, biscuity malt. Medium bodied, clean, mild bitterness.

Keg at Rockhound, 8/14/16. Hazy pink, large fizzy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of lacto and dry, tart strawberry. The taste is tart strawberry and wheat. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.
