On draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear amber color with a creamy off white head. The aroma is toasted with intense cherry syrup-like maltiness. Not too sweet smelling, as there’s a hint of roasted malt that balances it out a bit. The flavor has some toasted malt, cherry with a light roasted kick in the finish. Intense malt character. Maybe a hint of earthy bitterness. The body is smooth and full. The hint of roasted malt in the finish saves this from being on the syrupy/cloying side. Not bad.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear golden orange color with an off white head. The aroma is herbal and a little dank. Some lime in there as well. It tastes a little under-attenuated. Kinda worty/grainy with some noticeable diacetyl. Some solid background notes of orange, lime and herbal bitterness, but the buttery diacetyl is a bit distracting.

On tap at Toronado. Golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of light hops, some grapefruit and malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium bitter. Drinkable but a bit dull.

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is slight chivey, dank hop, lemon rind. Flavour is composed of light caramel, bready malts, dank hop, pine needle. Light resin. Palate is semi sweet, medium bodied, resin, moderate carbonation. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Clear reddy Ber coloured pour with a halo of cream coloured head. Aroma is strawberry shortcake, tangy Berry. Toffee. Flavour is composed of sweet, salty caramel. Tangy berry. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation, mineral. Slightly woody.

On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow / golden coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is damp wood, pine, musty, oxidised hops, spicy Nobel hop. Flavour is composed of spicy hops, nobel hop, old vegetable, little dank. Palate is medium light, grainy, moderate carbonation, drying finish. Assertive slight dirty spicy hop. Swing and a miss.

On tap at the brewery. Burnt orange / copper coloured, pour with a sticky cream coloured head. Aroma is toasted grains, fruity esters. Berry. Fruit cake. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, strawberry, wood, toasted malts. Palate is semi sweet, semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Hazed reddy / amber / coloured pout with a loose light tan head that lasts. Aroma is brown sugar, hint of toffee pudding and earth. Flavour is cakey malts, toffee, rum and raisin, unrefined sugars, toffee, hint of wood in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, frothy, sticky, creme brulee. Lingering toffee and some dried fruits.
