On tap at the brewery. Clear golden / light orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, toasted biscuit, sweet berry, light eaters. Flavour is composed of semi grain grains, strawberry, toasted bread, mineral, slight stale. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Little chalk. Middle of the road .

On tap at the brewery. Dark mahogany brown with reddy hues and a steadfast creamy mid tan head. Aroma is nice chocolate, dry roast coffee, creamy, hint of strawberry. Flavour is composed of milky lactose sugars, woody chocolate, earth, cocoa, vanilla. Some fruity esters in the finish. Palate is creamy, smooth, low carbonation, slightly thin. Lingering wood tannin.

Tap at the brewery. Clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting loose light tan head. Aroma is understated, some chocolate vanilla, wood, damp, toast. Flavour is composed of woody, strawberry, sandalwood, vanilla, weird chemical citrus, earthy pine. Palate is rounded, medium bodied, semi sweet. Moderate carbonation. Slight woody solvent thing lingers. Bit weird.

On tap at the brewery. Nice bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice fresh tropical fruit hops, mango and passion fruit and pithy orange, sweet and juicy. Flavour is composed of pale ale malts, bread, orange rind, powdery, assertive back of the throat bitterness. Hints of passion fruit in there as well. Palate is light and frothy, slihht drying grain finish. Nicely balanced. Good hoppy punch.

On tap at Tap 25. It pours a clear gold color with an off white head. The aroma has some cereal grains, toast and light hints of orange, but very little hop character at all, surprisingly. The flavor has similar notes of toasted malt, bread and light hints of grass and orange. Strong earthy bitterness. Light metallic notes in the finish. Very bitter and toasted. Just ok.

ON draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma is bready with some orange and florals. The flavor is heavily bitter and earthy with some herbals and pine. A little orange and bread. Just ok.

Pours clear deep mahogany, small tan head, nice residual and lacing. Aroma is roasty, hints of pine, ashtray, coffee, a bit woody, earthy. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, a roasty slightly woody earthy thing going on. Not astringent. Medium body. Not my normal BIPA, but I am digging it.

Pours hazy reddish Amber, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is nice grapefruit, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, citrus hops, field grass, pepper, grains of paradise, oranges. Medium body. Solid.
