12 ounce can from Historic Casanova, 8/19/20. Hazy orange, large white head, good retention. Aroma of doughy malt, cinnamon, coriander, a hint of citrus. Taste is coriander and pale doughy malt. Lemon. Medium bodied, slick, low bitterness and carb.

Both Aromas and flavors are sweaty, slightly dank hops with some wet grain. Flavors are on the dry side at first with a little sweet coming on towards the end. Decent carbonation and body.

Great Taste 2017. Hazy orange color. A simple saison. Dry and earthy, just a little clove, hay. Light and refreshing. Simple, but it is meant to be.

Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered amber-orange body. Thin, soda-like head. Herbal tones. somewhere between a Bierre de Garde and a Saison? Flowery, yeast and spice esters,,maybe coriander. Rich malt tones, not unlike an ESB. Drinkable, pretty clean on the palate.

Whoa, this is one of the very best pale ales that I have ever had. The cream-colored foamy frothy head lasts forever and has a lot of lace. Aroma is fresh mostly resiny hops with a little citrus, also wet grain and a little caramel. Flavor’s a lot Like nose, slightly sweet up front, with a long, but pleasant, bitter finish.

12oz bottle. Deep, antiquated caramel malt notes. Has a hint of new school hop varietals, but more or less a big specialty malt IPA. Deep, dank NW resinous hop tones. Very west coast I guess. Not even playing the game in 2016. Tolerable overall.

Tap at Sidedoor. Solid offering. Medium bodied, the brown malt tones and rye merge well, good balance. Refreshingly classic, more of a a Brown than a Rye. Medium bodied, quite sessionable. Not mindblowing or extreme stuff, just a solid Brown Ale.

Can poured into a glass. Dark black. it did not have the tall, thick head I was expecting. Heavily roasted grain, some chocolate but i am not getting coffee. Good, smooth palate. Some sugar, but the roasted grain quality is stronger than the sweet flavor.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a musty tea note with a bit of grain and a light earthy tartness. Flavor has an odd almost smokey tea and light tartness backed by a bit of sweet grains

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a light floral and fruit note but is mainly grass and light grains. Flavor has notes of bread and grain with grass and earthy flora supporting
