500ml clear capped bottle from Press Online.
Why is this only 5%? Stop watering shit down.
Clear, nice clarity, pale copper, lingering sizzle head.
Scent is pedestrian bittersweet, oaky, sweet apple juice, Red Delicious floral, doesn't seem like Dabinett at all. Nothing bad about it.
Taste is juicy grocery skin, bittersweet leaning sweet, a little spice, pepper, bitey vegetal. Very mellow tannins, a little parches but nothing as intense as Dabinett. Way more positive acid than a Dabinett & really makes me feel that this is a blend.
Crispy, juicy, coating, watery.
Pedestrian with an extra key.

I did not know this was a cider saison but quickly realized my error. Pour is a clear gold with not head. Aroma is apples and a strong pepper. Flavor is awful. Old buttery rotten apples. It left a bad taste in the mouth. This was the worst thing I've had in a long time.

Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa, 9/8/16. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of sweet apples and a bit of honey. The taste is dry apples, hay, pepper, vinous notes. Medium bodied, mild carbonation.
