16 oz Pilsner glass draft at The Explorium Brewpub - Third Ward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is clear golden, with a minimal white head. The aroma is cereal grain with fruit sweetness. The taste is cereal grain malt, sweet with some fruit. The palate is light bodied with soft active carbonation and a crisp clean finish. Interesting beer, much better Gluten Free expression than Sorghum beers I have had.

16oz can. Opaque orange-tan body, steady white head. Nice hop combination, soft NZ feel of the Rakau and the light berry tone of Calypso. Easy drinking for the style. Good.
