Tap at Explorium. Creamy. Quite sour. Medium bodied. Pleasant, lemon-lime sweet tarts tone. Hazy light yellow-tan unfiltered body. Creamy, glass lacing white head. Somewhat cheesy sour yeast tones. Could be a Berliner or Gose on someone elses menu. Pretty good.

On tap at Explorium. Thick, brown, steady head. Chocolate cherry flavor, rich, as advertised. Just not what I want in a beer at all though bodywise, like they added lots of chocolate syrup and candy cherries. Has some heat to it as well, which sits oddly with the cherry tones. One of the least impressive beers I've had at Explorium. Gets medicinal...cough syrup tones.

On nitro at Explorium. Beige, creamy head. Creamy, thick, vanilla-chocolate tones. Heavy, not at all what I seek out in an Imperial Stout, but fits the well into the Pasty Stout trend . Meh.

On tap at Explorium. The oak rounds out the beer, adding some pleasant vanilla tones. I prefer the unoaked version, but this is still OK.

Tap at Explorium. Filtered orange-tan body. Creamy off-white head. Solid IPA, nice to see another respectable example drop in greater MKE. Juicy, clean, modern IPA. Really solid interplay between the Equinox and Mosaic. Good stuff.

Tap at Explorium. Deep black body. Steady beige head. Pretty respectable example of the style, perhaps a little thin to be called Imperial. Filtered body keeps it clean. True, oily Porter like malt tones. OK.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear copper, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, pale malt. Taste is melon, grapefruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. Kinda tame for a DIPA.
