Description
A farm brewery in Caledon, Ontario. Troy Baxter, Mike Nuttall and Grace Wilkinson make hoppy, hazy ales in small batches that sell out as fast as they can make them. We specialize in IPA, but we also have a deep affinity for farmhouse ales, crispy lagers and mixed fermentation sours.
We used to brew on a small, inefficient 100ish liter brew house in an old retrofitted calf barn. It was a lot of work, but it's all we could afford to get this thing started without investors. Now we mostly brew on a bigger, sort of more efficient brewery.
Since day one we have believed in the same fundamentals: quality and freshness above all else. Our mission is to get our beer to your mouth when it's at it's best!

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some 5-alive tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some 5-alive tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with nice drinkability and heavy tropical notes.

Can. Color: Milky pale orange, white head. Aroma: Citrus fruit (orange, hints of lemon), hoppy. Taste: Dense and very smooth mouthfeel, hoppy with a firm malty base, fruity orange. Reminds me of Split (orange and vanille icecream) Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Over medium body, average carbonation.

473ml can [(2026)]. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Tropical fruity and minimally vinous as well as citrusy fruity, minimally perfumed, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, gooseberry, some passion fruit, nectarine, a touch of quince, honey. Taste is mildly bitter, fruity hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, some nectarine, gooseberry, a touch of white grapes, grape sugar, also melon, honey, quince.
Creamy, slightly oily, minimally watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very nice composition, harmonious, multifacetted, mild, consistent - very good.
