Keg at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Hazy golden, firm creamy head. Fruity nose with hints of banana and coriander. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. White bread, mild notes of ripe fruit and grass. Low bitterness. Lives on seemless softness and drinkability.

Unclear, pale yellow colored, medium- white head. Aroma is of wheat, coriander, spicy yeast, some orange peel, sweetish. Medium- sweet malt, wheat, moderate coriander, bit spicy yeast, some light orange peel, medium flowery bitterness, dryish finish, bit of bready feel to it. Medium-light bodied, soft+ carbonation, oily.

Clear, copper colored, medium off white head. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, light caramel, fruity jam, apple, estery. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit with some caramel, apple, fruity jam, light bitterness, dryish finish. Medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery.

Bit unclear, golden colored, strong off white head, lasting and strong lacing. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, light caramel, medium to light citrus and floral hops, bit aged. Taste is medium sweet malt, some caramel and biscuit, medium- citrusy grapefruit and floral hops, medium bitterness, but harsh, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft+ carbonation, oily. Probably died in the shop...

On tap at Graciela, CDMX: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus and light pine. Taste is bitter and citrusy. Not bad. Clean.

Pour looks like a clear iced ted with a small tan head. Aroma is caramel malt and not much else. Flavor is more caramel malt with a soft baked bread. Kind of thin in flavor and body although the flavor came out a bit more after this warmed up a bit.

Pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. Aroma is sweet grain with some maybe a little burning at first but that goes away quickly. Flavor is more of a sweeter malt with some sulfur aftertaste. It's easy to drink on a hot day so I'll give it that. After that, it is pretty sweet and is a bit thick for a kolsch.
