On tap at Drunken Dog, pours a clear pale golden with a large beige head. Aroma has plenty of resinous hops, oily pine, and sweet cerealy biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and potent, with lots of oily resinous hops, pine, and sweet biscuity malt. Very well-balanced, with the hops kept in check and yet also assertive. Very good—surprisingly drinkable for a triple IPA.

On tap at Drunkendog Condessa. Pours clear gold with a white head. Citrus, pine, and some dank notes on the nose. Flavour has a quite sweet malt base, lots of tropical juicy hops, some faint dank notes. Not particularly bitter. Very nice, juicy hops and clean malts; well-balanced.

On tap at Pacheco, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright passionfruit, saline, and gentle lacto. Flavour blends the passionfruit really nicely into the base, which still features salinity, light lacto, and hay. Not too sweet, nicely fruity, appropriately lactic, and nicely salty. Very good.

On tap at Pacheco. Pours murky pale blonde with a white head. Passionfruit, lemon sugars, citrus, and a touch of salt on the nose. Flavour has juicy passionfruit, gentle saline, and a touch of acidity. Fairly low carbonation. Pretty nice, reasonable balance between the fruit and the gose.

On tap at Drunken Dog, pours a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma has some gentle piney hops, minerality, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hop character, backed with toasted biscuity, bit of minerality in there. Clean, reasonably hopped. Pretty solid.

Bottle from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours dark copper/amber with a slight, transient white head. Aroma of slightly bready amber malt with minimal hop. Not quite med body. Malty but not very sugary. Very lightly bitter. Floral hop?

Bottle from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear, light bright gold with a very transient white head. Aroma is corny/bready with a light spice note. Near med body. Surprisingly dry and bitter. Corny bready but some strong grass/spice Nobility. Decent.

Keg at All Wood BBQ, Mexico City. Clear golden, small head. Aroma of pineapple and passionfruit. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, bready malt. Potent and peppery with lots of pineapple. Warming bitter finish.

Keg at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Black, creamy head. Roasty coffee aroma. Mid dry with light to medium body and rounded, creamy mouthfeel. Coffee and dark chocolate on burnt toast. Mid bitter finish.
