Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel - I find the aroma a bit too light. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and caramel, leading to a rather bitter finish.

Amber colour with a slight haze. The aroma is foresty, caramelly and earthy with a hint of citrus. The flavour is resiny, limey, with canteloupe/melon notes. Good depth of bitterness adds punch to these fun flavours. Nice work!

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a deep copper color ale with a nice foamy head with some good retention. Aroma of toffee and caramel malt is quite interesting. Taste is also a well balance mix between sweet malt with some toffee and caramel notes and light dry hoppy finish. Good carbonation and alcohol wasn’t discernable with an almost full body. Very well balance and well done.

A lightly hazed dark amber ale with a thick froathy dirty off white head. In aroma, loads of caramel malt, vinous notes, and citrusy floral hops. In mouth, sweet and bitter, there’s enough malt there to support the heavy hops, which are piney and resinous. Rich bodied, yet a bit too agressive. Give it a year and it will be nice. Golden-amber colour. Slight haze. Toasty, burnt cereal nose. The flavour is wheaty, maybe a bit caramelly. Finishes a bit sweet. Kind of simple, not getting too many of the classic hefe flavours.

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a deep amber almost burgundy color ale with a medium foamy had with average retention and almost no lacing. Aroma of spices and dry hops is quite interesting; you can definitely recognized Saaz in there. Taste is also dominated between some spices (which may be attributable to the type of yeast used) and some dry hops (probably Saaz). I thought the malt profile was a bit too discreet and the body was a bit light for the style. Not bad but definitely not the best from this fine brewery.

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a deep brown color beer with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some nice lacing. Aroma of sweet malt with a nice touch of banana and some ester. Taste is dominated by some sweet malt with some subtle notes of banana. Body is quite full with some great carbonation. I was expecting some more complexity but still thought this was a well made beer.

Bottle courtesy of Piscator 34: Poured a deep golden color pils with a nice medium foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of crisp hops and floral malt is quite sublime. Taste is a well balance mix between some floral malt and some light dry (maybe a tad too dry) crisp hops which provides a very refreshing taste. Body is quite full for the style with some good carbonation and nice creamy texture. Very well done and something that I would love to have more often in the summertime.

Small white head. Hazy deep yellow body. Herbal hoppy pea aroma with grassy malty notes. Dry oily pea and grass taste with malty, bready background. Dry grainy pea aftertaste. It’s really the hops that make this beer, like with most good pilseners. Nice session beer! (0.66l bottle, thanks to a friend of glouglouburp.)

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a deep hazy beige color weizen with some white hue with a big white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of banana and subtle clove notes are dominating. Taste is well balance between wheat and some very nice banana ester which provide great refreshing factor. Full body with some limited filtration and some very good carbonation. I was very impressed by this one – full creamy body with nice banana notes.
