Brasserie artisanale hesbignonne.

The Brasserie du Plat Pays takes its name from the cult film 'Diner des cons' (Mr. Pignon pretends to be the producer of the 'Films du Plat Pays'...) reminder of the "young and dynamic" side of the founders who, like Mr. Pignon in the movie, could talk about their beers for hours.

La Quadra is from the region of Waremme and its recipes were developed "in a garage". Brewed in breweries in the province, the founders of La Quadra claim to be "nomadic brewers".

Tap. Hazy golden-yellow color with white ring. Aroma is butter, a bit grassy, quite simple. Taste is grassy, buttery, not much more. Bitter finish. Not really my cup of tea.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Sehr trübes goldgelbes Bier. Geruch ist angenehm hopfig, mild fruchtig, grasig. Geschmack ist trocken hopfig, getreidig, Heu.

At zythos 2017. Pours rather unclear amber, small white head. Smell is rather grainy, ambermalts. Taste is yeasty, vegetables, mild hoppy touch. Not good at all to me

Pours very unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is rather weak. Yeasty, mild hops. Taste is rather bitter, bit sharp, malty, some hoparoma in the aftertastem ok.
