Sample from the brewer. Thanks Raymond! Hazy amber colour, creamy white foam. Sweet, caramel and some spices. Easy drinkable, light bitter and dry finish.

Bottle 0.5l at home, Nivala. BBE 12112020. Thanks to...probably Jefverstate, can’t remember for sure. Color is slightly cloudy brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, mint, Christmas spices, cinnamon, bread, some caramel and malts. First I thought carbonation level is too high but after couple of sips it is settling and palate is good for this style of beer. Drinkability pretty good but some medicine elements are bad. Still nice surprise. Quite soft.

Bottle, from de Cam. Pours lightly hazy golden, small white head, a bit first, decent lacing. Aroma is hay, grass, honey, Belgian spice, coriander. Flavors is medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Fairly hot.
