Nice salmon pink with fluffy white pinkish foam. The aroma is cassis and pithy hassaku. Light bodied and easily crushable. A really nice though not so complex fruit beer with great balance.

Can at Grumbo's place. Aroma of ryvita, rye bread. bready, cakey, smokey, spice and got slightly mucky. Medium carbonation. Medium to thin body.

Appearance - fairly opaque black with the odd orange chink. Beige head.
Nose - chocolate and lime. Some herbaceous hops lurking.
Taste - citrus, toffee and chocolate.
Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle and roasty finish.
Overall - somewhere between a black IPA and a hopped stout. Good!

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazed orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of rye, bread, citric. Taste is grains, rye, bready, and fruity, herbal hints, with tangy bitterness. Light bodied, light carbonation, rye bready finish. Quite drinkable.

14/9/2024. Can courtesy of Reuben, huge thanks! Region #463. Japan prefecture 34/47. Pours hazy orange gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is rye bread, smoked, cracker, straw, slight mucky edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Quite smooth, average carbonation. Likeable.
