Rozowe w barwie, malo piany i malo musujacego efektu. klarowne, ale kwaskowosc zaznaczona zarowno czarna i czerwona porzeczka, ta czerwona fajnie dala barwe. jablkowosc nie za wiele wyczuwalna. sour ale mozna by powiedziec a w koncu to cytr. Extra wytrawny. Super na lato, tylko alko spore, ale nie wyczuwalne, zagniotly je czarne i czerwowe porzeczki. Nalane do Bohemia cristal glass from Czech Republic. Paring with red currant from my garden this summer.

On tap at Hopito, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is restrained, with green apple skins and a touch of apple juice. Flavour is a little drier than expected, with green apple skins and some apple juice concentrate. Pretty simple but the fundamentals are decent.

On tap at Same Krafty Vis-a-Vis, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma smells like toffee apple, light caramel, and some stewed apples. Flavour is dry and tart, with lots of tart apple core, dry apple skins, and a touch of stewed apples. Lots of tart apple core on the finish. Okay.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has some dry toffee apple, red apple core, and light tannins. Flavour is tart and dry, with plenty of red apple core, caramel apples, and gentle tannins. Dry and tart finish. Pleasant.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear amber. Deep caramelized apple skins and toffee on the nose. Flavour has rich, sweet caramel apples, lots of brown sugars, and caramelized apple skins. Excellent.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of caramelized apple skins on the nose. Flavour has juicy, tart apples, some apple skins, and applesauce. It's okay, but I'm not a huge fan.

Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear bronze. Aroma is full of rich treacly toffee, stewed apples, caramel, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is extremely rich, with intensely complex treacly toffee, stewed apples, caramel, and a tiny hint of bourbon. Really rich and sticky. Lovely.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly neutral, with some muddled, dry apple skins. Flavour has plenty of fermented out honey, some dry apple skins, and some musty hay. Nice use of the honey but there’s not much depth or flavour complexity. Okay.
