Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear deep amber. Candied apples, port barrels, and brown sugar on the nose. Flavour has apples candied im brown sugar, soft tannins, and maybe some light tawny port barrels. This is excellent.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear red-orange. Rich toffee, caramelized apples, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has rich, sweet toffee, caramelized apples, cinnamon, bourbon. Excellent.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Damp and grassy apple skins on the nose. Flavour has sweet honey with some bitter apple cores. Not a fan.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear ruby with a white head. Medium-sweet apple skins on the nose; some gentle tannins. Flavour has slightly tannic apple skins and a medium to dry sweetness level. It's clean, but not terribly interesting.

On tap at Kufle i Kapsle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has dry apple skins and gentle toffee apple. Flavour is bone dry, with plenty of musty apple skins, hay, and a touch of tartness. Nice funk, dryness and tartness on the finish. Very good.

On tap at Kufle i Kapsle - Nowogrodska. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Nose has gentle funk and tannic apple skins. Flavour is bone dry with lots of tannic apples skins and gentle funk. Very nice.
