Slim bottle I brought back from Warsaw pours a leggy, dark gold, no head. Nose is poached pear, a little funk, booze, plenty of apple and pear. Flavor is sweet, riesling and poached pear. There's a little butter on the end. So much pear.

Tap @Kufle i Kapsle in Warsaw-Poland. Clear bright ancient golden pour with a lacing. Nose: mild aroma of leather, green apple. Mouthfeel: soft carbonation, tastes as a flat Prosecco with a pinch of macerated apples. Sessionable despite the 6.5 abv. Good cider

Bottle pour. Poured a still looking, deep yellow color without much of a head. Alcohol legs on glass. Aroma had lots of pear, light funky notes. Flavor is poached pear. Sweet, slightly boozy heat on it, but mostly smooth.

Bottle shared. Light amber. Floral, lots of sweet apple, cinnamon, toffee, crisp orange syrup, soft tannic wood, allspice. Solid sweet, under medium sour. Full bodies. Complex and not too sweet. Nice.
