8/3/2025. Draft at Multi Qlti Tap Bar, Krakow. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Nice apple aroma and taste, a little sulphur and a salty edge. Moderate sweetness, drying citric tannic tartness. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Liked it.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is tart apple with a hint of funk. Apple skins. Tart and light sourish flavour, medium body. Good, fairly strong, yet gone in minutes.

Bottle I brought back from Poland. 200ml bottle pours an oily caramel color, no head. Nose has big apple juice, rotting apples too, some oak, some caramel. Flavor has the same on the apple fruit, sweet and juicy but some earthy character, sponge cake, light spice. Long finish.

They make great cider. It is full, very sweet. But amber dark colors and full thick balanced. Chris bottle share
