33cl bottle. Labeled as Perry 2021, Abv 5,6%. Poured light straw color, not much head. Fizzy. Kind of soury with vague notes of pears. Dry finish. Watery mouthfeel.

0.5 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', 2019 vintage, 11.3% abv. Clear, golden amber, no head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly boozy aroma of overripe pear, vanilla, honey and some solvent. Heavily sweet, minimally sourish, fruity, slightly boozy and a bit spicy taste of overripe pear, quite some honey, vanilla, some cinnamon, a touch of solvent and light wood, followed by a medium long, minimally tart, gently boozy finish. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Quite tasty, fairly complex, unfortunately a little too much of that solvent which spoils it a little. Great experience anyway.

Clear dark orange to amber cider, no head. Aroma: nice, lots of apples, sweet impression, very intense. MF: medium to full body, a bit oily texture. Taste: nice, good sweet/sour balance, sugary, lots of concentrated apple flavours, malic acid, slightly bitter. Aftertaste: pretty sour, sweet as well, stings a bit in the throat, good acidic finish, gentle bitterness, some tannins, nice!

Scent is slightly sweet-ish, sticky, intense. Mild booze. Some oak. Taste is full, sticky, bit boozyness that builds up. Quite sharp, ends rather drying by the sugar. OK

Pours clear blonde. Scent is full, sweet, fruity and juicy. Taste is very full, sticky, sweet, intense fruit. Super silky and smooth !

Bottle at home shared with my girlfriend Laura. Clear darker copper color, no head. Aroma and flavor are basically apple pie with loads of sweet apples and cinnamon in liquid form. Hmm alright but not really my kind of flavor.
