Klar gyllen. Lukter eple og karamell. Meget søt. Smaker nydelig av syrlig epler, eplegele og litt karamell. .

750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sauda. The apple varieties are Red Aroma and Ellis Bitter. Organic, ABV is 6.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Lovely aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Pleasant flavour of apples, a slight bitterness in the finish.

YG 171124. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, spices, grass. Flavor is apple, spices, grass, apple, core, most. Nice.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear golden colored sider, still and headless. Apple driven aroma, fresh apple and apple juice, with some grass- and apple core notes. It's full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Fresh apple and apple juice flavor with a touch of apple cores and grass. Medium length apple driven finish. No Christmas spices, which I expected, luckily. 241117

Big fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is dry fruity, apple cores, overripe apples, hay, grass, apple peel, yeast, leafs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, grass, apple cores, hay, minerals, leafs, yeast, unripe apples, sorrel, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Boring.

Bottel @ home. 2023 edition, I guess. Clear golden body under a small white head, lively carbonation. Aroma is straight forward fresh apple with some acidity. Taste is fresh and pretty straight forward as well. Green apples, moderate sweetness and balanced acidity. Medium body that feels balanced in with this alcohol contain. Nice, refreshing, pure apple cider with no off flavors. Well made at a moderate alcohol level.

750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, vintage 2022, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Clear orange colour with a pink-ish hue, pours sparkling with a shortlived head. Can't comment on the aroma due to a cold. Medium sweet and fresh flavour of Discovery apples. Pleasant to drink.
