Bottle, 75cl. It's a more or less clear one, quite sparkling, with a golden color. Some bubbles stay on top as long as the sparkling continues. The aroma is clean and pleasant, fresh apple juice, some apple core hints, and faint notes of grass, melon and green grapes. It's full to medium bodied, semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation level in the mouth. The flavor too is very clean, almost like apple juice, but with a nice addition of other greens and a hint of grass and wood. Some tannins and the faintest of faint sulphur notes chime in towards the very end. Luckily the sulphur isn't noticed unless really looking for it. Overall, a really pleasant one, at a fairly moderate ABV, with a very clean aroma and taste. Another well done cider from NeRø. 210802

Bottle, 75cl. It's an almost clear one, golden in color. Still. The aroma is a bit alcoholic, with lots of sweet apple. Flowery, grassy hints, apple jam, a touch of cellar and some light caramel-ish apple pie hints. It's full-bodied, warming and soft on the palate, with some sourness. Sweet apple, apple jam, grass and cellar hints in the flavor. Alcohol notes. Lasting sweet apple finish. A bit uninteresting at first, but turns out to be very nice. 210702
