Roasty, dry and earthy with loads of vanilla, some barrel notes, oak and wood, hints of syrup and licorice. A bit heavy

On tap at TapRoom Beer Co, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is clean, with straw, mineraly notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly mineraly, with straw, seltzery notes and very dry graininess. Reasonable enough, touch a bit too seltzery.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots off floral dry-hopping, straw, and some grassiness. Flavour is wonderfully hopped, with lots of tangy, grassy, and piney hops, a little straw, and some hop tang on the finish. Really well-balanced, well-hopped, with great depth. Excellent.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright grassy hop, straw, and a touch of tang. Flavour is bright and hoppy for a lager, with lots of tangy hops, some grass, and crisp biscuity. Bright, well-hopped and highly drinkable. Very good.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma is massive, with cinnamon, vanilla, dark dried fruits, and big caramel. Flavour is intense, with lots of caramel, dark dried fruits, subtle cinnamon, and plenty of residual sugars. A bit brutal and sweet but I'm liking the interplay of flavours.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a deep dark mahogany with a beige head. Aroma has mostly fermented out honey, light cocoa, and bready malt. Flavour is quite subtle for an almost 11% brew: there's soft dry cocoa, mostly fermented out honey, and bready malt. Really lovely incorporation of the honey, and the base malt character is excellent.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tropical stone fruit, some melon, and hop tang from the Riwaka. Flavour is juicy, with some hop tang, muddled earthiness, and light chalkiness. Juicy and tangy on the finish. It's decent.

On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours an opaque sludgy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly chalky, with some light hopburn, earthy hops, and oats. Flavour is dry, with lots of oats, no hopburn, earthy hops, and a hint of stone fruit pith. Very dry and oatmeal-like. Not my favourite kind of IPA, but if you're gonna brew a hazy, this is how I would want it.
